Lamb-Pork Butchery Course

Course Description
Delegates will be able to break down animal carcasses into primals and then into retail cuts and present them for direct sale. Preparation and display of retail cuts is an essential area of product knowledge for adding value to meat. These skills will be demonstrated and practised on this course.

£120 per person plus meat cost (this to be advised)
All equipment is provided.
